Hill Garage Gym! Do Hard Things!! As I have mentioned before, Lewis Hill is an inspiration. Some might say he is crazy, but he has helped push me beyond my limits. Lewis has been a teacher for 26 years, but more specifically a PE teacher for 19 years. He was instrumental in a program he developed called Rayzor Runners, and puts on summer running camps as well. The thing about Lewis is that he lives and breathes this stuff. Everything he teaches, he has done 10 fold. He embraces challenges and pushes himself to failure. The picture below is an example of a typical workout that I get to enjoy when I visit the Hill Gym Garage!

Diet - I have significantly reduced my calorie intake this week. I hit my 225 goal and I am determined to continue to reduce fat. Like I said Monday, I am doing a master cleanse. I plan on doing this for a few more days.

Exercise - The picture above was the workout for today. The total of the three laps was roughly 1.3 miles.

1st lap warmup, jogged and did 8 pushups at each of the 8 fire hydrants (64 pushups). Complete 10 dumbbell shoulder presses and 10 pulls.

2nd lap, picked up the pace, did a Navy Seal Burpee at each fire hydrant (24 pushups). Did lap in 7 minutes and completed 10 dumbbell shoulder presses and 10 pulls.

3rd lap, picked up the pace, did a Navy Seal Burpee at each fire hydrant (24 pushups). Did lap in 6 minutes and completed 10 dumbbell shoulder presses and 10 pulls.

Finisher 6 planks, on for 30 seconds, rest 30 seconds.

Results - Weighed in at 221.8 pounds this morning. Compared some before after pics and I am determined to continue to reduce my body fat!
