This was an intense workout! Really got my shoulders and back. Here is a breakdown:
**Warm-up:**
- 3 sets of 5 reps Deadlift
**1A (Round 1):**
- 3 sets of 10 reps Barbell Shoulder Press (medium weight)
- 3 sets of 10 reps Bent Over Rows (heavy weight)
**1B (Round 2):**
- 45 second circuit, 2 rounds:
- Ring Rows (pulls)
- Planks
- Dumbbell Shoulder Press
**Finisher:**
- "Run For Cover" Navy Seal Burpees:
- Place 2 cones a few houses apart on the street.
- Run from cone to cone and do a Navy Seal Burpee at each cone.
- Complete a total of 16 Navy Seal Burpees.

This is great! Do Hard Things! Good for the Mind, Body, and Spirit!
