Laps of Agony Workout!
This one really got the best of me!
**Lap 1:** Julie spun the wheel and we got 8 reps. A light jog with 8 pushups at each fire hydrant, totaling 64 pushups.
**Lap 2:** A faster lap with a Navy Seal Burpee at each fire hydrant. Took me about 7 minutes.
**Lap 3:** Our fastest lap with a Navy Seal Burpee at each fire hydrant. Took me about 6 minutes.
After each lap, we completed 10 pulls and 10 dumbbell shoulder presses. We finished the workout with six 30-second planks, with 30-second rests in between.
