I am not ready for this, but I am putting it out there. The Murph Challenge 2025. Only 20 days away, but I need things to shoot for. I did the Murph back in 2020, with a couple variations. 1) I did not wear a 20 lb. vest, 2) I modified pulls ups, and replaced them with inverted barbell rows.


The Murph (as prescribed):

1 Mile Run*

100 Pull-ups*

200 Pushups*

300 Squats*

1 Mile Run*

*Wearing a 20 lb. vest or body armor


I feel pretty confident that I can push through this with 1 exception, the Pull-ups. I am not saying it will be pretty, but I am going to do what I can.

Fat 105g (71%)

Carbohydrates 0g (0%)

Morning Workout: OG FHR, 105 squats

Evening Workout: Walked the dog

Fluids: Drank 2 large cups of black coffee and lots of water. Morning water had Baja Gold Mineral Sea Salt. Dinner water had a packet of LMNT (Electrolytes).
