Today’s Challenge: 30-Minute AMRAP.
Participants: 2 seasoned veterans and 2 college athletes. LOL.
**Challenge Details:**
- **Objective**: Complete 10 reps of each exercise to complete a round.
- **Exercises**: Pushups, sit-ups, squats, plank walks, and lunge backs.
- **Format**: As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in 30 minutes.
