Preparing for the Murph Challenge with a Lewis creation called the Grumpy Murph. Started and finished with a 1-mile run. In between, performed pushups and squats Tabata style (20 seconds of intense work followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated for 8 cycles). Incorporate 50 TRX pulls to engage our upper body and enhance strength.
**Training Tips:**
1. **Cardio Conditioning**: Regularly run 1-2 miles to build endurance.
2. **Strength Training**: Integrate pushups, squats, and TRX pulls into your routine.
3. **Tabata Drills**: Practice Tabata intervals to improve stamina and muscle endurance.
4. **Recovery**: Ensure adequate rest and hydration.
