Today's workout was designed to gauge our progress as we approach the full Murph challenge, which is just 14 days away. We tackled a Mini Murph, which is essentially half of the full Murph. Here's the breakdown:

- **1/2 mile run:** Started with a half-mile run to get our heart rates up and muscles warmed up.

- **50 pull-ups:** Next, we moved on to 50 pull-ups. Unfortunately, I am not at the pull up level, so, I do TRX pulls.

- **100 push-ups:** After the pull-ups, we dropped down for 100 push-ups, focusing on maintaining good form to maximize the workout.

- **150 squats:** Following the push-ups, we performed 150 bodyweight squats, ensuring we get a full range of motion.

- **1/2 mile run:** Finally, we finished strong with another half-mile run.

This Mini Murph tested our endurance, strength, and mental toughness, providing a solid indicator of where we stand in our preparation for the full Murph. Let's go!!
