Diet - Today, I went with less calories. After eating almost 2,000 calories yesterday, just felt like I over ate. So, today I am at 1,424 and 131g of fat. Started out with my bulletproof coffee again. Again I need to get on the ball and go to the grocery store. I felt like eating today at work, so I ran to Racetrac and got me a couple All Beef Hotdogs, no buns, a little sauerkraut, and spicy mustard. Then tonight when I got home had me an avocado egg salad.

Exercise - no workout today. :(

Results - Weight was 226.2. I was not expecting to lose weight since I had what I would consider my max calories yesterday. Not concerned. I am content maintaining. At the end of the day, Keto or not keto, you must burn more calories that you consume to lose weight.
